Breath as an Anchor (Mindfulness Drop-In)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, happening 5 times
A qualified practitioner will lead you through some breathing and body scan techniques to help you ground in the present and maintain a balance within the Mind and Body, which helps us to take a more philosophical and detached outlook to our experiences.
The workshops will take place within the exhibition space of Catch Your Breath at Palace Green Library, every other Wednesday commencing 9 January 2019, 13.00 – 14.00 (please note the change of dates from the events programme leaflet).
These drop-in sessions are free and booking is not required.
